So how often do DEA raids go down?

Discussion in 'Medical Cannabis: Treatments & Patient Experiences' started by dltoke, Feb 26, 2010.

  1. Watching super high me, if you've ever seen that, they talk a lot about dea raids.

So how often does that happen these days?

  2. There is no public data on this.

They raid someplace almost every day.

  3. I thought Obama had recently ordered the DEA to no longer raid state approved dispensaries?

  4. He did.

But why would that matter? Ya know?

  5. The DEA's reason for raiding dispensaries doesn't make any sense. I've heard them said "Well it's still illegal under federal law, were just doing our job." Well opium and meth is illegal under federal law,why don't they raid some hospitals? or Ride Aid? Taking medicine from people is fine when it comes to marijuana but when it comes to pills ,that can kill you,it's going to far??

DEA = Dick Eating Assholes

  7. hahah yes!

  8. Just another example of how Bush handed Obama a shitload of problems to deal with. Before you deny this read this article on how the guy in charge of the DEA was never appointed by Obama. We still have the Bush guy:eek:

    From the article:
Mr. Obama is still filling key law enforcement posts. For now, DEA is run by acting Administrator Michele Leonhart, a Bush appointee.

Yea and that is the same person who he just appointed to head up the DEA. Nothing against Obama because things would definitely be worse under McCain but that sure looks like the "Change we can believe in" doesn't it? :confused_2:

Change in marijuana policy will NOT come from the federal government, no matter who is in office. If change is every going to happen it has to come from a grassroots movement by the people. The fed is all about maintaining the status quo.

  10. errrrrrrrrday

  11. The DEA is just mad that they cant smoke weed because of their government job.
