Pretty nice haul. Although I'd like to point out there isn't a difference between the rec and med buds at the dispensary beside the price really. Colorado is pretty much the same as Washington except pretty much every dispensary uses bottles instead of bags. If I were you I'd find a medical caregiver to get fresher stickier weed. I'm assuming assuming the weed in WA is dry crumble buds like in CO?

 

Can't wait until I live in a legal state, I really can't. It will be so damn nice not to have to deal with the sketchiness of buying some weed. About to head to Florida for a few days tomorrow and gunna have to go without, which always sucks.

 

LOL, not at all. Everybody gets the same legal buds in WA and in OR. Individual dispensaries do shitty things sometimes, usually in small towns, but I've never been in any dispensary in OR where the weed was coming from a separate pile due to the intended 'use'. Just tax. In WA it's a free for all where you just go get weed. Most of the ones in WA that I've been to have fantastic, big bud weed in those packages.

Again, this is my experience. No difference. If someone reading this lives in some Pop.: 410 town and are about to jump my case for being wrong because at your dispensary they do xxxx and give this to one group and that to another, that's got nothing to do with the law. That's got to do with your dispensary being run by shitty, ignorant folks and that's a you problem not a me problem, as unfortunate as it is for you.

 

Washington is taxed heavily 1/8 goes for 55, 60 dollars. The selection is very good, and the stores in western Washington are numerous. Growing is still illegal for some reason. Still it is a major and surprisingly efficient step towards true legalization. We will work on lowering taxes, I'm betting on 3 years for a bill from the state house.

Pretty much all the dispensaries in Denver have really dry bud I was just wondering if that was the same in WA. Seems like they do some sort of quick dry process instead of curing properly, which is understandable and I could be wrong. It could be the climate as well though, not sure.

Well by that logic, well the logic in the other post, driving isn't legal anywhere in the US cause it's regulated by laws

i thought once it was regulated it was legal. almost everything legal is regulated. theirs always gonna be some rules but you are allowed to buy, sell, grow and use marijuana now if you follow those rules

He's saying it isn't legal due to regulation but it's easier to buy weed than get a driver's license in the legal States but no one is gonna argue driving is illegal solely because it's regulated

 

Until I can grow and possess as much as I want anywhere I want, without some governing force telling me otherwise, it will just remain regulated.

 

man i wish i lived in a legal state. kinda surprised to hear CO dispensaries are selling dry ass bud though wtf. i would take that in a heart beat though compared to nc where i just moved to for work its so dire here i said fuck it and am now growing my own.
