Words on the street tellin me that dinosaurs actually had feathers. Like all dinosaurs. What is this conspiracy
Some did but not all. Evidence of some species having feathers have been confirmed through the finding of soft tissue fossils. Soft tissue fossils are the reason we know about the history of sharks. Sharks have no bones, only cartilage, so usually only the teeth survive long enough to become a fossil. One of my professors has a 6ft fossil shark in storage that he excavated in Germany. Yeah them scientists keep finding better and better preserved stuff too. Supposedly there was dinosaur tissue found that still had the pigment.
