So, America. Let`s Talk SOCIALISM. like adults?

  1. Wouldn't an even bigger picture of............say..........a complete re haul of the legal/political system naturally funnel down to the monetary realm??

  2. You might be good at world finances mate but your fuckin useless at reading. Never once specified Scottish notes I was referring to the UK as a whole and that's exactly what they're doing. I haven't noted a figure for a couple months but last I checked they'd just printed off £130'000'000'000 to pay us all.
    Calling me a liar?

  3. Sure I don't see why not other than the fact that the Fed controls the money and thus politicians and where finance goes in the economy. Granted Congress has the power to issue its own money just need to repeal the Federal Reserve Act.

  4. Recall my concerns with what you said they are doing there, what do you make of it?

If money is printed and not backed by more goods/services, it inflates the currency pool and devalues it. If they say printed 10% more money and the exonomy only grew 5% you would have a 5% inflation/devaluation.

You should investigate this, something is amiss.

  5. Don't get me wrong, the UK is currently sitting something like 3 trillion in debt now but which country isn't?
I'll be cool anyway, well be leaving the uk shortly and as the money expert just pointed out, all that shite is purely the responsibility of Westminster.
So they'll be stuck with most of our debt and paying us whatever we want for our water or their pipes will run dry.
This is what the whole indipendence thing is all about. They take our money and use it to create nothing but debt while not pumping any of it back to pur economy. Been trying to force us into sharing our water lines for decades too which would mean we'd then have to pay for their supply too.
Money and water. The 2 most important things for society because you need them both to produce food.

  6. In all honesty, everything you say (pretty much) is from the perspective of Scotland.

You then state "Our government just printed off xxxxxxxxx"

How is an outsider to know that you suddenly mean the UK government, and not the Scottish one?

    Confusing to us, 's all.

While countless smaller businesses have close permanently, others about to and 45 million have lost jobs, many lost HEALTHCARE because it was stupidly tied to employment, the rich received over 1/2 TRILLION $$$ which... Could have and should have been shared with small businesses and those out of work, many not qualified to receive unemployment being contractors or living on tips mostly from food and beverage employment.
How the American Worker Got Fleeced

Over the years, bosses have held down wages, cut benefits, and stomped on employees’ rights. Covid-19 may change that.

I keep seeing political maps online, but can't agree as they fail to describe it properly. I made this to correct others; I think its proper, at least imo

  13. I like Bernie Sanders but I don't agree with his taxation policies. I have disliked my political choices after Pres. Obama left office. I am left but I also think people's money belongs to them and frown on heavy taxation to benefit the poor and needy. The poor just need more education, which I am more than happy to help them get, so they can compete at a higher socio-economic level. I would gladly fork over some of my dough for a system which makes education easier to obtain but I don't think jacking up taxes on the rich is necessarily the way to go. Maybe I am just uninformed but I definitely believe in working for your livelihood. Peace.

  14. I read a New York Times article a few months back that said Switzerland is a great example of a country which is Capitalist and has a high standard of living and great healthcare for most of its citizens.

  17. Care to elaborate?

I’d like to understand how wages have been held down - because I haven’t personally seen this?

I’ve seen benefits increase as a way for businesses to keep employees and not the other way around.

Which employees rights have been stomped on?

    Thanks.

This is from March 2020 which was EARLY ON in the USA for the pandemic. DT was downplaying it from the beginning as his ONLY concern is ratings, votes and keeping business open so he won't look like the complete moron he is when the depression hits... Yes, the other shoe will drop. Don't think the market's "V" bottom reversal will be the bottom before all is said and done... There are many more dominoes to fall before the economy completely collapses.. If people don't have money, are out on the street, then they are not going to be circulating money and that is what is required to maintain a healthy economy. Not just Wall St. setting new highs when it is propped up by the fed. #Opinion don't take it personal if you don't agree.

  19. Unfortunately it is all fiat and nothing is asset backed. Until GESARA/NESARA and the worlds currencies are back to the gold standard
