It's not about the show airing, or controlling the times that it is broadcasted or whether it is in fact going to be broadcasted, right?

It's about controlling the process in which these shows are actually made, and the extent to which they effect the surrounding people/environment that have in fact little if nothing to do with the actual show.

I wouldn't agree with this if these shows were actually decent shows that didn't cause such a negative stir. But I mean that show (Jersey Shore or w/e) seems to take it way outta control as well as other "reality" shows. The crowds of people running amuck in the background that seem to add to the "atmosphere" of the show also add a lot more danger to whatever situation happens to take place.

If people could behave themselves in the first place or if our country wasn't being "nannified" or "wussified" nobody would even give a shit about the crowds of assholes that are putting themselves in danger.

    On a separate note...
The law shouldn't have been named "Snookiville" that is childish.

  2. Yeah I don't think it should be called the Snooki law either. She can justify the rest of her life on that alone. We'll call it the 'Drunk slut on TV' law.
