snipping tops of flowers for bigger buds?

    anyone do this? if so when is a good time to do it

    I've heard of topping vegging plants but not the tops of buds.

    not necessarily bigger buds, makes it shorter making for more bud sites from side branches. cut during early or mid veg or when plant has at least 6 nodes,never during flowering. u could also bend the plant without cutting and train the main stem to grow horizontally letting the branches do the main growing

    nah im talking about during flowering, you snip the tips . just a technique ive read about will expierement soon

    go outside. find a rose bush or something. locate the flower. cut the top half off. make sure to cut the pistols and such. give it a couple days. whatever happens there will be what happens to your bud. 50 bucks says the flower doesnt like it.
