Currently working on shooting and editing a video of my latest functional pick up. Coriolis Recycler #6. This is the biggest one he has done with the Sputnik Style.

Got to baptize this piece in a fat sesh with Hamm, Philpot, a few members of their glass familia and my homie who rolled with. Sorry that is only a water test right now, don't want to ruin all the surprises for later.

Also got to snap a few photos of the glass he had and one of the pieces he had in the works, which looks like it could be the first of many really cool new things to come out of his shop.

  2. That's awesome you got to do that. I know HAMM is one of the higher end scientific artists. He invented the recycler right?

I don't believe so. Not that it really matters who invented it, even in a lot of old school flower tubes the water returns to the bottom chamber, which is technically recycling (it just doesn't effect the hit).

I will do a full review of the tube in relations to other recyclers and why this one is so different, once I am done editing the final video, which won't even have been started until tomorrow morning.

On a side note a find it funny that a lot of heads don't even know what a recycler does or how it effects their hit, they just like the notion of water moving around in a cool new manner.

  4. Subbed for knowledge.

  5. I guess I've just been waiting for someone to tell me.

  6. wow man that seems like a awesome expierence

Quick Milk Vid, still waiting on a proper dome, to shoot this thing :\

  8. ^Can you explain what's going on there?

  9. According to Erik Anders (who pretty much exclusively does recyclers) on Instagram, Hamm did invent the recycler; he was the first to produce the idea and sell it on the glass market. Sandsmith came along and miniaturized the entire set up along with tweaking it for less tubing and such. Then EA did his own thing from there.

Sure, air and incinerated bho travel down through the 6 hole diffusing window, (acts like a 6 holed stemline), the bubbles crash into the drainstem and the sides of the can, the water is sucked into the top spherical can and starts to tornado, which spins the smoke and cools it, all the claim is caught in the spherical chamber and after a solid sesh there is a big ball of claim that shoots along with the water during your hit gaining mass and momentum as it moves along. The claim can be retrieved by simply turning the piece over and gently shaking. The mouthpiece is a sidecar style but attaches at the top chamber, it has a condensation/water catcher so even if you were able to pull hard enough to get water it would never go into your mouth.

The water cyclones in the spherical can, and drains down the "drainstem" which looks like a two holed downstem but just reused for water recycling purposes.

    and than you get high

  11. you have no idea, how amazing that sounds.
