Smoking top shelf bud around the clock, good or bad?

  1. I’ve recently been struggling with depression for starts. I smoke quite a bit a weed usually a bowl every hour on average. I’ll go through an eighth a day now. It helps the depression but only for an hour. Then I have to smoke again. It’s good quality weed cause I’m in a legal state, but I’ve noticed an unstable mood as of late I don’t know if the pot is doing it I’ve been smoking for 3 years so why would it just now start causing me issues. I’ve noticed I have a very high tolerance but am afraid to take a break because anytime I do about the second day into it o get these God awful cold and hot chills with sweats all at the same time. And a pounding heart, anxiety and panic attacks.

  2. Smoking that much of anything can be detrimental to your health. It can cause respitory infections and worse. What youre experiencing could be your body trying to repair itself from constant abuse. Switch to edibles, herbal vaping or simply slow down. The effects of mj last for well over an hour. Youre not feeling them because youre smoking so much. If it feels like youre not medicated when you are, switch to edibles. Theyre much more likely to give you the effects youre looking for.

  3. Thanks. Makes sense. I’ll taper down to a gram a day slowly. So I don’t feel the anxiety. And yes I’ve just recently been experimenting with vaping it as well as THC infused drinks, since I live in a legal state I can get whatever I want basically.

  4. The best thing you can do is use an herbal vape. Not only do you get high, but you can save the spent materiel and after a month or so, mix it with coconut oil and apply a little heat to tranfuse and youll have some golden oil which you can use to make any edible or take straight. Im pretty heavy into vaping and there is even a point at which it starts making your body act crazy.

    Black friday is coming up and vapes will be 75 percent off soon. I reccomend finding the boundless vapes youtube channel. They do a pod cast there and give out the codes to people watching usually the day before bf. Otherwise, watch websites on bf. They always have great deals.

    I'm wondering what else are you doing to deal with anxiety and depression? Mmj has some healing properties, but if you are not addressing the underlying problem, the break from vaping would be a lot more difficult.

    If you live in a legal state find 16:1 or 1:1 CBD to THC ratio strains. They are not as potent due to lower THC content. You can use these strains to help you lower the tolerance without a severe withdrawal.
    But MMJ alone isn't going to solve your problems.

    You need daily exercise and meditation regimen. You have to completely change your eating and sleeping habits. There's just no way around that if you want to really heal. It's a lot of work, but you can transform your life. Maybe it will take years, but you have to commit to the process.

    Don't go to the modern psychiatric therapy. They will zombify you with pills and are only going to make matters more difficult.

    Even though depressive moods change and anxiety lifts overtime, as you get older these things typically tend to resurface and get even stronger. Get ahead of the problems and become proactive. Take control of your health and happiness.

  7. The most withdraw I get is a bad mood and trouble sleeping been smoking since I was 14. It's not that I don't think u withdraw but other factors could be at play here.

  8. Yeah it’s actually seeming to get better as long as I am consistently smoking, like every other hour, I’ll smoke a half a bowl.
