Very true its all about preference i know people who swear they get higher by smoking joints than blunts and vice versa. Me personally i get highest using a bong.
assuming by best you mean most... Smoke from a bong or bubbler. You can take massive hits so you won't notice how high you're getting until you're slammed. Other smoking methods, like a pipe, are more efficient in a sense of high/weed ratio, but they're harsher on your lungs so you'll notice more how much you're smoking.
