Does anyone else do this? Usually, I don't really like to take the time to get the resin out of my pipe and load a bowl of it. So instead, I just heat the the actual bowl of the pipe itself where resins built up, as well as the heating the inside of the pipe by letting my lighter's flame in through the carb hole. I was also wondering if this could potentially weaken the pipe's glass over time?
It wont hurt it, I know a couple people who do that, I think its gross because youre just sucking in butane. Just blow hot breathe into the bowl (if its cold) open a pair of small scissors, and scrape. The smoke that ball of black goodness. Then iso wash the inside of your pipe, let it evaporate, scrape that and enjoy a free high.
