Smoking occasionally during a tbreak?

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by collie_man, Aug 4, 2008.

  1. Howdy fellars (and ladies)!

For the past about year, I've been smoking pretty much daily with small breaks here and there. Recently (the past month), I have been taking a T-break. Unfortunately, I have given in a few times, I believe about 5, and smoked. Usually I would go about a week without smoking, with the exception of one week where I smoked 2 or 3 times. Never anything much, just a bowl or two between me and a couple friends.

I was wondering how much my tolerance goes back up after smoking these times. Would my tolerance be much lower if I hadn't smoked on these occasions?

Thanks for any knowledge you would like to share!

  2. this is going from my boyfriend's experience:

he went to do conservation work for a month and didn't smoke at all, had a lot of physical exertion and healthy eating to clean out his system. the whole "lower tolerance" thing only lasted for him about a day. after that day he said it was back to normal, staying high for 1-2 hours. he was a daily smoker for about a year, frequent smoker for a year before that. hope that helps and doesn't discourage, everyone's body is different. me personally i have smoked daily for almost two years and found that only stopping one or two days makes a difference the day i start smoking again. little breaks are nice and still rewarding.

  3. Eh, it really shouldn't make that much of a difference. Personally, when I take "t-breaks" I never actually quit. I just cut WAY down. As it is now, I usually go through about 2-3 grams a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. When I take a break, I cut down to a bowl every day or two.

  4. i took an entire year off without even touching it once and my tolerance was still the same when i started smoking again. I think it more or less depends on the person themselves.
