    Here's a question you probably haven't seen on the city. At what speed does wind make it too hard to smoke? Is 4 or 5 mph too fast to smoke outside?

    Yeah anything that'll put your lighter out. Wind sucks when you're trying to smoke... If I'm smoking a bowl I make a little teepee with my hand and face the wind so my hand blocks it. its genius!
