Smoking in my room

    Hey guys, just a few quick questions on how to smoke in my room.
    My friend uses a trick where he exhales the smoke into a towel after he takes a hit, and swear it works. Im not to sure, and I dont really want to risk it.
    Can Anyone confirm if this works? Or is it bull?
    Or should I just blow the smoke out my window with a sploof?
