Smoking in a park

    I Was wondering, because i have a mmj card, would it be okay if i smoked in a park during the day far away from the kids... I just think it would be nice lookin at the trees and enjoy the outside... I just am a little precarious just incase if someone calls the police, would i be okay because i do have my card with me at all times... Any comments would be wonderful, and thanks

    The medical marijuana laws(for Cali atleast) state you need to do it in a private area. Theirs so many laws like "cant be 100 feet from schools or kids" has to be sealed in Your trunk when transporting

    Wouldn't smoke up at the park but you should get ripped then go to the park. Just so no one craps on you day.

    Because maybe he want's to smoke outside and enjoy the beauty of nature. Smoking outside is wonderful.

    I'm not sure about the rules, but if you have your card on you and just smoke like a joint or something(not a bowl or bong/something really noticable) I think you should be fine. Don't quote me on it tho, but sometimes you gotta take a risk.

    i mean when i visited San Fran everyone was blazing it up in the parks. I couldn't believe it coming from VA.

    I guess it depends on where you live in cali and what the cops are like there, clearly in the city there are bigger fish to fry than some people blazing up some weed

    I love smoking outside too, i just do it outside my house. Way to risky in a public spot
