Smoking in a dorm room: how bad of an idea?

You're idea doesn't sound to bad but if you spend $60-$70 and get a MFLB it'll hardly smell at all and you'll be fine. Google it

 

Honestly it's not worth the risk. You're risking losing all financial support and/or being kicked out. I'd say tough the cold weather.

 

Bad Idea.

It's just not worth it, every time I tried it I got a heavy knock on the door with security awaiting. Even when vaping. It still smells indoors don't buy into the bullshit that it doesn't.

Just find a spot outside. It's a lot easier. You can even stand outside smoking a joint and have a cigarette lit at the same time. Even if u don't smoke cigs. You can toss the joint at the last second if confronted and say "wtf you mean, I'm just smoking a cig"

This is one thing I learned in my one year at college last year lol.

 

Vape + microlux (super awesome and relatively cheap for what it offers air filtration device its like 150 bucks and it obviously has uses beyond making weed smells vanish. Has a carbon filter, hepa filter, uv filter (kills airborne bacteria and the like) some basic air filters, an ionizer, and an ozone generator

Ozone generator.... worth its weight in gold... ozone in air latches on to charged particles (smoke would fall into that category) and makes them too heavy to float so they sink to th floor and settle and any smell is irradicated from smoking...

I smoke cigs, and last winter it got too fucking cold to go outside and I refuse to smoke indoors... but I figured fuck it ill smoke some drags and see how tough this bad boy is... 5 mins after the cig was out, no fucking smell man, and the ozone make everything smell like fresh static air (can't explain it lol its nice though)


However, not smoking in there is your only sure fire way to not get busted

 

Wet towl under the door and blow your smoke out of the window.. just make sure the eind isnt blwing back in. Or you could make a simple deoderizer by filling an empty paper towl roll with dryer aheets and blowing threw it witch should eliminate alot of the smell as long as u dont smoke alot at once

 

I honestly would say do not risk it. I have an idea though.

Why dont you make brownies?!

this i suggest making in a place outside of your dorm or when you know everyone wont be around for about 30 mins. I can give you a nice recipe to follow you can make around 32 nice potent brownies with a q to a half depending on how strong you want it

 

When I lived at home I would smoke out my window. Cover the bowl as soon as your done pulling in and blow out the window and it honestly doesn't smell at all. My mom walked in in the middle of my bowl, I hid my shit, and she didn't smell a thing

 

A buddy of mine was in the same situation as you (lived in the room right across from the RA) This did not stop him however. Get a fan, smoke buddy, and some ozium and you should be good. Just exhale through the smoke buddy pointed at the fan and then spray the room down after burning.

 

...if the bathroom has a fart fan, kick on the hot water from the shower and let the bathroom get steamed up....kick the fart fan on then blow the smoke into the fan.

Dorms totally have windows next to other dorms windows though, if the RA is near you that could lead to them searching the entire floor lol

Happened to my friend, who wasn't smoking but someone near him (and the ra) was smoking and blowing it out a window

 

I used my MFLB almost every day when I was going to college. Some times I would go out to my car and smoke a J in it. I wouldn't smoke in my room though. I smoked in a friend's room though. She was on like the 5th floor and we had a bunch of fans blowing out the window and put a towel under the door. I wouldn't recommend it though haha.

True. Honestly I would not take the risk. Man up, go outside for 5 minutes, or don't smoke. Is bud really worth losing your scholarship or getting kicked out of school for? If it is you should rethink your priorities.

What school in PA bruh?

When I was at PSU, I tried vaping in a dorm room. Got campus PD called on my ass. The only reason I was almost caught was because of poor ventilation.

 

I vape in my room, never had any issues.

Would never ever, ever, ever smoke in it, though.

that said ive smoked regularly in a room directly next to the RA.

2 things happened:
- lost a bag. maybe my roommate took it. maybe i used it and forgot. maybe it got lost somehow.
- someone saw me from outside the window and told me after i left. cool. straight. alright.

but vaporizing is way better if you do a lot because it will become aromatic.
