    hmmm maybe hang about your local headshop make conversation with someone about random shit your intrested in and see if they have similar intrests.... thats what i would do :)

    If you already have a hookup to some ganja, why not just see if the guy wants to chill for a bit and smoke?

    Dealers = Good people to know well, anyway. ;)

    My dealers a douche tho and never has time to smoke since hes a walking bodega of bud... And my other dealer is 3 countys north of NYC.
