smoking AROUND little kids

i dont know we usually put the kids out and shut the door yo, but i mean i have around little kids i guess buts its bad second hand for them u shouldnt get them high...thas not good

 

any days that i've had to babysit my 5 year old sister, i would smoke if i had bud. i'd never leave the house if she was napping or anything, but while she'd be eating i'd step outside for a few minutes. i found that sometimes she can get on my nerves, but if i would smoke, i'd usually make myself somethin to eat and chill with her and color and stuff. fun bonding with her majority of the time, but i'd never act really stoned and retarded around her lol. but if i was at a friends house and he was babysitting his brother/sister then i'd most likely not smoke there, just kinda feel uncomfortable.

i feel really weird smoking around little kids i don't know that well. some of my friend's little bros or sisters are chill with us smoking though so we let them hang around us. they don't get high or anything, they just feel cool and shit.

 

Every once in a whihle when I'm out in my car smoking a joint, I'll pull up somewhere and there'll be kids walking around or something, and I just feel like such a horrible influence on these sweet innocent children. It tends to ruin my high.

As for being around little kids while im baked, I don't really care about that.

 

When I am at one of my friends house, his sister , who has 3 kids, just closes the door while we smoke. No big deal!

 

yea i was blazing at my crib one day and my neighbors kids thought there was a fire. lol

 

me and my dad smoked a bowl infront of my 8 yearold brother once. it was wierd watching him look at us wierd because he didn't know what we were doing.

he knew it was smoking, but didn't know what we were smoking. and didn't get why it was such a big deal. cuz my dad was all crazy about it that night. he was drunk and fiending for some bud.

it deff was strange. i can't wait till he turns 12 so i can blaze him up. my pops rolled me my first joint when i was 12, and i intend to do the same for my little bro.

just 4 more years.

 

reminds me of one time i got pretty baked in the late afternoon. and started helping my brother with his homework. i couldn't do it. lol and he was lauging cuz he saw that i was acting goofy and having a hard time.

never again will i help him with his homework when im blazed.

 

My family walks around the closest corner. We're always smokin doobies, so if any kids see if we try to pawn it off as a cig.

It worked on me until I was 6 or so.

 

Let me put it this way, i'd rather smoke bud, then a cig around them.

 

I dunno man. I don't think I could smoke if a kid were in the house, I'd have to pass. I'm all for smoking weed and shit but I don't want to be the one who introduces it to them. I guess I look at kids like they are pure and shit. Ever read catcher in the rye? I feel pretty much the same way Holden feels, hah.

I wouldn't do any psychoactive drugs around kids, thc, alcohol, nicotine, none of that.

 

my pops was the dude who made me get his beers from the age i knew what it was.

people will say thats bad and omg what are you teaching your kids. but honestly, it was the best thing there was. my pops opend my eyes to most everything in the world at a young age. he "trained" me in the sense that i can take over if he for some reason dies unexpectedly. hes kinda paranoid.

he has treated me like an adult since i turned 12 basically. but he taught me responsibilty. not just here kid have a joint. here kid have a beer. it was all in a responsible manner. and to this day, i rarely drink. and i smoke responsibly. he is in shock that i am not an alcoholic like he is. because he was when he was 18. its just how its introduced to you.

ive been around drugs, alcohol, guns, and fights my whole life. but never have i turned bad or irresponsible.

so i say, if u smoke around a little kid in the right way, educate them as to what it is. things will be ok.

if you act like its taboo and little kids shouldn't see you smoke, they will be stuck with that idea from day one. and will look at it the wrong way. you just need to show them how to handle things the right way. and educate them to the truth.

DO NOT SHELTER CHILDREN.

most parents will say that its best to hide them till they are ready. i know to many people who turn 18 and are dumped in the real world and freak out and break down and do the wrong things. its because they never knew what the real world was about untill that day they left the house.

plus, how do parents know when the kid is ready to learn something? if we knew that. . . there wouldn't be kids failing grades in school.

 

i would never smoke infront of little kids but if im high i can be around anyone, stuff like that doesnt bother me.
