Smokers on deit?

  1. Lemme tell you its the hardest thing ever.... right now im on a diet because of wrestling and im a full time smoker and its the hardest thing ive ever done? anyone eles doing this or has done this?
     
  2. Dude, in the last two months I have started smoking every day.. I have gained OVER 20 pounds... I usually never gain weight.. OMFG, I was so shoked...
    haha, oh well, keep baking :smoke:
     
  3. lol thats fucking crazy... lol last night i smoked some new amazing bud, i was so hungy and im on the atkins diet so i freaking ate carrots wiuth carb free penutbetter... its hard but then it gives me a hell of alot more will power when im sober...
     
  4. its called fruit. its very tasty and it doesnt have much fats or calories, and it is acutally even more filling then "junk" food. I'm a skinny guy, and when i was smoking:(, I was smoking maybe 1-3 times daily, and when i got munchies i just ate fruit and stuff, its very good. blueberries apples oranges, grapes, graples, strawberries, stuff like that.
     
  5. As Bumtilldeath pointed out, try to eat healthier munchie food alternatives.

    I actually know a lot of people that have used weed to LOSE weight. It's all in the willpower of being able to not eat when you feel the munchies. :)
     
  6. anyone know of a food like chips or pretzels or gardetos that has no calories or anything? i like to munch on stuff even when im not high, and i dont like goin through lots of that shit.
     
  7. i could go for an apple right about now, my body is trying to kill me i think

    normally i am NEVER hungry, but the last few days i have never not been hungry and its really starting to hurt, i have been eating like a fucker, its like my body realised a few days ago, hey 8 stone is not what you should be, eat more

    fucking crazy metabolism i have...
     


  8. Fruit is big and so are vegetables...although fruit is more fun! :D

    Also, drink water when the munchies hit. You body craves water but a lot of the times when you feel hungry, water will fix that hunger.

  10. Just eat fruit and vegtables. Some nice fruit slices or veggies with dip is always better than expected after cheifin'. Good luck with the diet. :smoking:
     
  11. ya, but idk if you guys have this but when im high i just get random munchies... like if i dont eat this one specific thing i will die... thank god today i was craving grapes.... but its not always the case.
     
  12. Wouldnt say im on a diet, But i smoke daily and i workout daily, Being weight lifting 4-5 days out of the week, And situps, walking/jogging. I still eat fatning shit but i work it off.
     
  13. Iam on a diet also and when I get the muchies I just try to stay clear from the junk food. Like what everyone else said fruits and vegetables is the way to go. You will get used to em after a while.
     
  14. Um, thankfully I don't need to diet. The only way to help yourself out would be to smoke weed, OR EXERCISE. That would solve all your problems, and you could still smoke.
     

  15. At a friend's party we both got the munchies and got through an entire platter of crudités... Seriously this platter was HUGE
     
  16. Everyone keeps saying fruits and veggies, well im not supposed to have fruits, too many carbs from the natural sugars, so I just drink massive ammounts of water and eat heads of lettuce.....it sucks, but meat is great too.
