    If you had to guess, what percentage of smokers smoke concentrates more than half of the time they smoke? what percentage would smoke concentrates 50% of the time or more if they were more available to them?
    we'll define a smoker as someone who smokes at least 3 times a week

    my guess is:
    15% of smokers smoke concentrates more than half the time
    65% would if they could
