Don't smoke coke, snort it, I have snorted it and it's fine if you get clean stuff. Goes right back, but it will hurt like hell if its not clean. Just use a straw.
Assuming it's truely crack in crystalized form, you're going to need a pipe... I'm not sure if there's any difference between a weed pipe and a crack pipe, but crack is normally smoked from a pipe in general. I don't see him mentioning coke at all, but FYI, it's snorted.
