Smell proof dugout

  1. Hey guys, I have one of the smaller sized wooden dugouts. The smell can still escape from it and I'm an adult (21) but still live with parents that wouldn't approve if they found out. Any idea of some sort of small container I could buy at a CVS or something that would be airtight/smell proof and still fit in my pocket? I dont wanna use a sock or anything like that. I want something legit. Any suggestions? I was looking at those tightvac containers but I believe you can only buy them online and I'd rather just pick something up at the store. :D

  2. Mason jar from dollar store or hobby lobby

  3. That's a good suggestion but a mason jar isn't really portable, I don't want to carry a glass jar in my coat pocket :p

  4. Go to your local walmart, target, etc. look through the kitchen section. I can usually find good jars like small spice jars there.

  5. Use a pill container

  6. I got you bro ;) try this out and its 10 bucks. I'm sure it will fit in the middle compartment and u can keep some rolled up jays on one side and your bud on the other. It's called jetpack basically just a stealth compartment box for on the go. I must admit its not completely air tight, but the case snaps shut quite securely and I can't smell the goods even right in front of my face.

You can search for it on google jetpack365 I think. I'd post my pics but I'm on 3G and it sucks for uploading pics

  7. Get an empty pill bottle. Doesn't smell at all.

  8. If you want a smell proof dugout the Chris Hill Smoker's Survival Kit works very well. Or a cylindrical pill container you can pick up at any drug store.

  9. I don't know about smell proofing it...but for added protection I modified mine so it locks.

I made a small hole in the underside of the lid where it closes. When I close it the bat/cig springs up into the lid and locks it. I have the turn style top. To open it I slap it down in my hand while turning the top and it will pop right open. It takes some technique...but you get good at it pretty quick. It's not exactally a padlock...but I think it helps as a deterrent. It also keeps it from opening in my pocket.

I can put up a pic if anyone's confused what I mean.
