Smell filtering help!

Discussion in 'Security' started by jomo, Apr 17, 2018.

  1. Hi every one. My plants have just started to stink and my air filer system doesn't seem to be working! I can still smell it pretty strongly when I even get close to the room my tent is in. I have an inline fan with a big carbon filter canester that I bought. The tent gets sucked in when the air filter is on so maybe there isn't enough air exchange? Or am I going to have to go out and buy some deodorizer?

  3. I noticed it helps to turn the fan down. If you draw air too quickly through a carbon filter it becomes less effective. I hope OP got it straightened out. The smell can be very intense.

  4. I've found that ONA gels work well too to get rid of the smell. I think you can buy it on Amazon and I would avoid putting it too close to your plants.
