hi guys, I'm planing to do out door this year and thinking I might dig and just put it in the ground with good amended soil. I haven't really seen the soil yet since it was covered in solnow back then. But I'm thinking it might be either clay/sand soil.. the soil might also be hard to dig since it's kind of rocky. So if I could dig I would like to rent a mini excavator to do the job. Thinking about digging the hole 4x4 wide and 2ft deep. Or should I just stick with smart pot ? I can only run probably 65 to 100 gallon sized. Or should I just dig and soften the ground and put a 1ft raised bed 4x4. Let me know which is the best way to go. Btw the fem seeds are being sprouted end of Feb and vegging to put out in middle of April.
Depends how often you can water. If you can care for them on a daily basis, then smart pots are very good . If not I would go raised bed, or bury half in growing and build soil up around them. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum mobile app
