Small or Medium Space Case grinder?

Pretty sure I have the medium 2pc Space Case. It's absolutely fantastic and it's probably the grinder I'll use for the rest of my life.

However there won't be much of a difference between the small and medium, other than how much you want to grind up at a time. When I went into my headshop, they had the size I picked up (which I'm assuming is medium), but no smaller. If they had I may have gotten the smaller one, since I like my bud fresh so I only grind it up right before I vape, so I have no need to grind up large amounts at a time.

So if you don't need to grind up large amounts at a time, I imagine the smaller would be cheaper. But both are incredible grinders.

 

I would get the medium, I have it. Although I can't say I remember seeing a small. Its nice for grinding up like joints and blunts. The MFLB comes with a mini grinder anyway, I think it functions better finely ground up.

 

The medium is way easier and more comfortable to grind with if you have larger hands. I have the 4 piece Ti and would never want a smaller/larger version. The medium is definitely the size you want. Trust me on this one and its not much more expensive

 

I'd recommend the small Space Case. I only roll joints and also use my MFLB every now and then. The small one definitely gets the job done. When grinding bud for the MFLB, try flipping the the grinder upside down and turn to get a finer grind as possible. I even heard of people putting the bud in a pepper grinder after to get an even finer grind when using the MFLB.

 

I've got the medium ti 2 piece. Either would do the job for you. Personally, I don't think the small would work for me, but I'm not grinding mine 1/8 at a time either. I doubt you would be sorry with either. If you have to grind really fine, then I'd go 2 piece because you can grind it as fine as you want. If you feel you need the keif catcher, then go 4 and just flip it over to grind finer. You won't be making a bad choice no matter which way you go.

 

Id say none ... why take the best part of your bud and save it for later ... keif catchers take a long time to build up even if you smoke ounces all the time ... even then you just get a small peice of hash ...... , id just buy a cap of oil ... or some hash your friend who you get marijuana from could probably get you some

 

He didn't even say anything about keif catchers. All he asked was small or medium. In case you didn't know it, all grinders don't collect the goodies. Some (2 piece) don't, and some (4 piece) do and the size of the grinder has nothing to do with it.

 

i have used the small (4pc) and medium (4pc), and i must say i like the medium better. thats the one i'm still using.for now and every BUT since you just buy 1/8th and probably taking the grinder with you everywhere, i can say that the small (2pc) will do. if you're leaving the space case always at home, than get the 4pc. b/c taking the 4pc with you everywhere will shake the kief around in your grinder. It wont stay in the tray.

 

Ehh I carry my medium 4pc around quite a bit. My kief has never had a problem

 

i'm pretty sure you'd have more, if you left it at home. i know this for a fact, since a friend had it at home for a while and then started taking it with him. we grinded alot of bud with that grinder, and after a few weeks there was almost the same amount of kief in it. so it wont store as much when you leave it at home. also when you take it with you, you have to clean it more, so it wont get clogged up etc...

i'm using space case grinders 7-8 years now. and that friend of us wasnt the only one to try it . there is a noticeable difference when you take it with you or leave it at home.

 

get the 2.5 inch 4 piece titanium. Best grinder in the world. I love it and will never use any other grinder

 

I have a small 4 pc space case and what they called small is what I thought is normal. The small is big enough to grind up 2-3 g's at a time and still fits in my pocket. My friend has the medium and it's a bit too big to carry around so if it leaves the house alot get a small if it's gonna stay home a majority of the time get the medium.
