I just started dabbing. Picked up a little water oil rig. I've tried the quartz banger set up and a ceramic nail and I'm not getting anywhere near the size hits I think I should be. No matter how big a dab I drop. Hardly anything at all sometimes. Is that a sign of going too hot?
too hot? i would imagine your going too cold. first, you need a decent enough torch to get the nail hot enough. it can be hard to tell on quartz but i get my ceramic to where its just BARLEY getting a hint of red then let it cool down for a few seconds and carb cap it.
