Hey so I recently broke the downstem to my bong and I'm stuck between 2 choices. I have $15 and a brand new down stem from my smoke shop is around that. But my friend who also sells weed has a downstem that fits perfectly but is a bit shorter. He said he'll give me 2 grams and the downstem for my $15. This is Seattle so 2 g for 15 of dank isnt rare. So my question is should I get the brand new down stem that is just as long as my old one and hit a smooth bong or make due with a shorter down stem, a lil more water and the 2 grams of weed. Also take note that the shorter down stem is like 2 inches shorter and this is a 14 inch bong
Filling up the water a little bit more shouldn't be a problem and it's going to be a good deal a down stem and two grams for 15 dollars that's pretty good but before you buy it try smoking a bowl to test how it works. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum

Test it, you might not like it with a shorter downstem. But if you decide to get one from your smoke shop, i'd still get the one from your mate too. You got a spare one then, and for 15$ + 2 grams of dank... common that's a deal
Take the deal and buy the other later if u don't like the shorter one. U can use the shorter one in a different piece down the road or make a homemade one.
