my plants are outside and when i compare them to others that are two weeks old, they look behind. They look like plants that are one week old. It has gottin close to freezing some nights. Wolud this be the problem? If not, what?
yes that would definitly slow them down....if it looks like its gonna frost i would cover your plants at night with at least a binbag preferably horticultural fleece.... dont worry too much...as long as they dont freeze they should grow to be strong plants....
ya man, especially if they are small when the cold hits, it makes them grow verrrry slow, and the roots get hard..
Phew, I'm happy I'm not the only one.. I've been kinda afraid to leave them out during the day when I go to work since it'll be dark when I get back and rather cool. I'm out in the midwest and it isn't exactly warm at night. Heck it's rather cool right now in the afternoon. I've been keeping them in a room with a little sunlight when it's cooler outside.. And boy they seem to be growing slow, as well. Thanks for posting about your concerns helped take care of my worries lol...
