Slow clone growth / weird

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by czzplnm, Sep 9, 2012.

  1. These clones are well over a month old. There is one plant from a seed(Growing great). Then more clones that are growing slow. lol. Also some of the growth on them are not properly opening up. As seen very easily in the one in the back left(It's main cola). They were lacking potassium so I will be feeding that next watering(The tips were burned brown and crispy).
What is making them not open properly? They are well rooted.

  2. Help please :(

  3. Needs more light than a couple of fluorescents I'd say. Could also be genetics, and looks like you may have some sort of nutrient problem as I see some yellow leaves. Hard to pin it down to one variable.

  4. They have a T5 High output 24w(4) light above them as well. I have grown numerous plants three times the size of these clones with these lights. I think my Ph tester was malfunctioning the water is 7.0+ that I was using when it said 6.3 when I tested last night.

Here is a picture of my really small clones, and the older clones that are not doing so hot. My *MAIN* concern is that the tops are not opening at all, their just reaching for the stars. I have been waiting to top these girls for a while now, but all their tops are really cluttered and no room to cut. At the looks of it, it needs to grow some more. Does it just need more growth or am I fucking up something? I can post more pictures if requested.

The new clones in the rock wool, are from a 2 month old flowering plant, so I wonder what will happen with them.

Clone are Cherry AK, Blue dreem, and something named "PT" pineapple trainwreck? The picture is "PT"

  6. They  do need to grow more!   Do those cups have drainage? Their soil looks like it needs more perlite. Roots need air that perlite provides or makes available to roots. The clones in the rockwool will be hard to root and take a long time. That is because they were flowering when you took the clones. That far into flower is very hard to clone and takes a long time. Be patient they may make it and then again they may not.

  7. Crappy lights won't cut the mustard, move those taller plants to a new veg room under your cfl perhaps, more cfl's under the clones will make them grow, dump your germing T5 for a T5 4ft long 6-8 tubes
