Slightly confused

    I've been growing my plants now for about 3 months and they are all about 4 foot and healthy.
    I bought the seeds from a local shop and he handed me some random ones for free as well so I'm not sure what variety all of the plants are.
    I'm confused because none of them have started flowering yet and are getting pretty tall.
    Am I being to impatient?

    Have you put your plants into 12/12 yet? That's 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark (complete darkness). This is what triggers the flowering stage.

    Well at the moment they are using our attic windows for light as I haven't got anough money for lighting at the moment.
    Considering it's summer it's about 12/12 really.

    It's always going to take longer when using sunlight. Because growers can control nearly every aspect of an indoor grow including the lighting. It speeds up all the processes is goes through, which would usually take about a whole season only take a few months.
    Just be patient. If they are healthy and female , they will grow buds eventually.

    Cheers for that.
    I have one more question, a few of my plants are not getting direct sunlight although the room is well lit in the day (limited window space). Will my plants die because of this?

    MJ thrives on light. No one can say from here if they will die, but if they do live you will get better yield, quality and quantity, by giving them more light. Try supplementing the natural light you have with some artificial light.

    Thanks for that, it's just a case of money for artificial light hence I'm using natural at the moment. Will get one or two fluros though.

    You can force 12/12 by moving your plants into a closet or drawing the curtains and and giving it a dark cycle.

    Yeah i'm going to cover up the windows after 12 hours and open them again after 12.

    You can buy a pack of CFLs at Wally World for like five bucks. I advise you find a way to pay for some more light.
