Slight withdrawal ?

Discussion in 'Beginner Cannabis Consumption & Tips' started by Heigh7, Aug 28, 2012.

  1. what up guys, i smoked some dank last night and about 2 hours ago, ive started to notice a few odd things. One, i dont smoke every day, i do it about 3 times a week but it varies. anyways, ive felt slightly depressed today for no reason at all. I have a great life and never feel down ..but considering i smoked a lot of dank last night..could this perhaps be a result. im not knowledgeable when it comes to smoking but is this a common "day after" effect? i feel a little depressed and also dont have much energy and feel tired.

  2. I think you're body used alot of dopamine and seritonin and all the stuff in the brain that make you happy was overused, this often happens when you take ecstasy as well, cause you're super happy on E and then the next couple days later you might be depressed, just my guess idk if this happens when you smoked weed though, it's not withdrawls haha you'll be fine

  3. Mental as well as physical are entirely a reality of smoking cannabis. The withdrawals are minor like lack of sleep and appetite.

  4. keeping it real

  5. im actually familiar with those terms...is that why? its not like im depressed or experiencing suicidal thoughts..i just feel a little down..subtle effects though but still caught my attention nonetheless.

  6. If we want it to be legal, we must be upfront. Even if that means admitting it's mistakes.

  7. Sleep is for cowards and food is for fatties. stick to weed, that's all you need. <~ it rhymes so it must be true! :bongin:

  8. You're tripping dude. Seek help before asylum. Don't blame the drugs, man

  9. to much of anything can be bad for you ....even water and water is the best thing for you

weed has its definite plus sides but at the end of the day its a mind altering substance and like you said we need to be upfront about negatives

negatives for weed however aren't nearly as bad as negatives for a so called legal substance....whats it called.....alcohol? alcohol is it?

  10. Agreed.

  11. Whenever I stop smoking I always feel a bit off. But you'll realize life is still good without bud.

  12. The only thing I have noticed when i'm taking a t-break or have to stop for a lengthy period is, maybe a slight difficulty sleeping, appetite change, and slight boredom with things that are fun when high. Other than that... no serious withdrawals bud.

It's always good to have a reality check, though.

  13. It's relatively normal, I wake up in tears every morning after a good night of burning.

  14. weed is a mentally addictive drug, whatever "withdrawal symptoms" you might be experiencing are in only your head.

  15. false , depends on how much and how long u toked , and also the person

not saying the physical withdrawals symptoms are severe , but headaches and nausea are physical not mental

  16. I get withdrawls from weed witch is the reason i dont toke everyday. I smoked everyday for about 2 months then had to quit clean for a job i got really depressed and i couldn't sleep for like 2 weeks but they all passed.

  17. Yeah I remember over the summer getting stoned and going out to the beach, then feeling sad a day later. It was such a great experience that I suppose my body wanted more of it. However I've felt like this when I visited a special someone and I had to leave. Actually, I felt much worse.
