Alright yall so work and family got me tired all this week and last week... today i had the best sleep of my life but im so rested right now.... which means i won't be able to get up bright and early for a meeting at 7 AM! I need to wake up at 6 (the latest).... how am i gonna go to sleep....!?
Pop a shit ton of sleeping pills Or alternatively (if you want to live) work out and tire yourself physically. Or just stay up all night and have a few energy drinks (not too many)
stay away from caffine of course, go for a run to tire out yourself about an hour or two before you go to bed, if large meals dont disrupt you while you sleep, eat a big meal and get the itis and pass the fuck out
