The MSRP is $60 at amazon.com. When it was released it was $60. Sure, it's currently on sale for $50, which probably means it could drop more.

Bestbuy.com has it listed for $60.

Maybe because they offer it only as a digital download. As far as I know they don't offer a disc and case for pc.
