Has this occurred to anyone here? If so tell me about it. Does it occur when going to sleep or waking up? Whenever it happens to me, I immediately fight out of it and wake up after a few seconds. I always wonder what will happen if I just let it take over. Anyone experience this and can tell me where it leads? I have a theory that through sleep paralysis I can astral project. It is common for sleep paralysis to happen when I'm laying on my back after taking a nice bong rip and very tired. Please share any sleep paralysis stories/astral projection you may have ! - Haymus
