Skunk Brand Dislaimer?

    My package of blueberry skunk brand paper says "Not for use with tobacco, intended for legal smoking herbs"

    I don't smoke tobacco, never have and never will, I'm just curious as to why.

    So they can be legally purchased by people who are under the tobacco consumption age?

    I'm pretty sure it says not for sale to minors.

    Edit: at least it does on juicy jays.

    Because flavored tobacco products were banned by Obama. So they make the papers intended for those legal herb blends, that contain like sage, clove, etc. instead.
