I've had my plant for about 3 weeks and its growing fine... Right now i have it in a pot that is about 7 inches in diameter, 9 inches deep. My plant is about 5-6inches tall right now, is the pot i have it in now to small for my plant, If so would it be all right if i transfered my plant outside...
If I remember correctly, the size of pot you need can be mathematically determined, using this simple formula: 12" in plant height = one gallon of pot size. So, if you are planning on letting the plants get about 2 1/2 feet tall, you're going to need about a 2 1/2-3 gallon pot. Your plants will also "tell" you when they need transplanting by turning yellow all over. This can lead to stunted growth if ignored; if you visit them daily and keep up on maintenance, there will be no problem. Happy growing! ~Lycanthropy
