  1. I usually rent a uhaul park in the driveway, run an extension cord and be done with it. They're there to measure and photograph every room and it only takes about 10 - 15 minutes. You piss them off and you get a low appraisal.

  2. Seemed a very cursory inspection with a glance in each room and pictures with perspective aimed at one upper wall. The appraised value hinged upon recent sales in the immediate neighborhood; sadly 30 thousand less than our purchase price owing to two of those sales being foreclosures. Despite this our outlined terms and payout will decrease the monthly mortgage by over a hundred dollars.

  3. Finally swapped the newly purchased 100 w units for the more camera friendly 50 w COBs in one of the extended veg boxes; will be adding the 50s to the main space for bulking up undergrowth in a day or so. Second and third pics are from the other dual purposed cabinet running flower to handle overflow from the main space. Final pic is the main with the girl in the white bucket just joining a day or two ago.

  4. Pulled the two out of the cabinet with the new lights to give a better view; no amount of tinkering with Photoshop would offer a look at how well they are coming along. Both will shift to 5 gal in a few days but veg will run up till about Christmas.

  5. Tomorrow the girl in the center comes down and a ready replacement slides in from another cabinet. Hope to have 7 additional beans sprouted in a few more days and plan to reshuffle the remaining veggers to throw the best lighting at the on deck circle.

  6. Someone’s been busy :)

  7. The ICU doesn't seem to have pulled this sad specimen out of its downward spiral so Girth Brooks goes back in.

Started from seed on New Year's Eve, this fresh face has a pair of companions in the UFO box all chasing the second phase pair who were topped last week and a slightly younger contestant in the optimum veg cab. A fizzled failure in the alternate flowering cab was replaced by a six armed debutante while a companion effort gets a few more weeks on long hours to build a more robust base.

  9. Pollen Quest 2022; finally seeing freezing temps at night, I'm going to let this one play out indoors and risk catastrophe with the companions in the other room. For the past few cycles all males have been finishing out in the greenhouse but I've not even bothered trying to gather samples.

  10. First day of short hours for the new kids.

  12. The weakest from each wave is routinely offered the solo cabinet to try to catch up to the others; on average they only spend about two weeks under the 90 w UFO but somehow it seems to turn the tide for most that get the chance.

  13. Unfortunately, the early pair seem to both be male - fortunately, I've got an even more robust pair waiting in the wings ready to flip.
