I dont know about india for sure, but I would check attitude or the single seed centre. just the first thing that pops into my mind.
i just tried attitude to soon to know. but my experience with the single seed centre was unpleasant to say the least. being a skeptic i tried em with a small order, it arrived within six days (the bait). then my next order...well lets just say im still waiting and its been a month. i emailed em and they shot me some lame excuse about some orders can take up to 2 or over 2 weeks be patient. im patient but i just would like for them to use the same motivation to send my seeds as they did when they took the money off my card.
