    hello i just have a couple quick questions. first off, i just recently moved to vegas and still have an ID from my previous state in which even medical marijuana is illegal. do i have to have a Nevada license or can i just bring mail as proof of my new address? also i have been looking into it and its a lot cheaper to do it in so cal in places like venice beach. is all of that legit? i would much rather pay 100 dollars then 400! haha one more thing, what all do i have to bring with me to get recommended and where is the best/cheapest/easiest place to go? thank you very much!!

    AFAIK you have to reapply for a Nevada MMJ recommendation. Your previous state won't be a factor, though I'm sure it will help get you a recommendation.

    Secondly, you cannot get a recommendation in California if you are not a resident of the state. Meaning that no, you cannot get a recommendation on Venice Beach and live in Vegas.

    That would be illegal unless that is your place of residence. it's against the terms of service to discuss gaming the system to get a fraudulent MMJ recommendation, so we can't talk about you getting a California recommendation unless you live in California.
