Update About Advertising on Grasscity Important: A New Chapter for Grasscity

Simple question

    I bought this Miracle-Gro water soluble fertilizer with these 3 elements: 24-8-16 so that the baby plants get more nitrogen to grow. Is it ok to feed them just after 5 days from their birth or shoud I wait? How long? Some people told me it's ok, others to wait a cuple weeks.

    Appreciate any answer!

    look around on some other problems. i think ive only seen one person on here that recommends miricle grow the rest dont agree with it. iv personally used mircle grow and my advice is dont

    Oh shit I cant even exchange it. Why isn't it raccomended? Does't damage the growth?

    it screwed up all my plants i still smoked them but i think they would of been better off without mg

    Start 'em off on a quarter strength after a few weeks.

    the mg ferts are fine, it's the soil that is not recommended. when the cotyledons or what ever they're called start to turn yellow, start 1/4 strength nutes. the first round fake leaves that appear on sprout. watch for burn, go through a few threads to get an idea what this looks like. if you get any burn do a flush. you'll get the hang of it with some practice, have fun.

    Ok. I wasnt planing og giving it very many nuts aniway because the soil is pretty good quality. But are these elements too high in N and K? 24-8-16
    What do you mean by 1/4 strenght?

    follow direction on box, then mix one part fert solution with 3 parts water. that will give 1/4 strength nute solution. the numbers are a lot higher on chemical ferts than organic ferts. I can't answer all of your questions on differences and such, I'm pretty new myself. however, I know that's why you should watch closely for burn. good luck
