sign of a female?

    so my bushy little plant is on 12/12 for the 3rd day today and it's not showing any signs of sex (expected.) but last night when it was in the 12 hours of darkness, it got stinkyyyy. it reaks up my house out of no where. is this a good sign? i've been putting every second into my two plants so i'll be so mad if they're male.

    anyways, do they both get completely stinky or am i being a huge optimist and hoping that the intense stank is a hint at a female

    Hi..

    Be patient.... It can take 7-10 days before you will see signs of sex. Make sure that you have complete darkness during your 'night' time. Light interruptions can cause the plant to 'herm'.

    Plants can start putting out odor while vegging. So no, it's not a sign of a female plant. You should see some signs of sex within a week or so.

    This is correct. My plant already smells and I've only been vegging for a lil over 2 weeks.
