I'm wondering if anyone has any experience running 400w MH and 400w HPS side by side? I have a 400w hps and its great but my gf just got her 215 also and we're upping the op 12 total (in 3 gallon pots). I figure two hps would be fine but I'm thinking the extra spectrum coverage will give me better results (not that my results aren't good already). Any input would be great!! I'm excited to get this done.
Works well. I tend to think that a mixed spectrum is to be preferred, but I have no empirical evidence. It's certainly no handicap. Sinc. SlackerBee
I don't veg. Asking strictly about flowering, I've considered the 2x HPS but I was just wondering about the side by side and the spectrum difference. Thanks though.
