Sick plants

    I noticed about 3 days ago all 4 plants had burnt tips and they haven’t been growing much in the past week, I went out and bought Alaska micronutrients and Superthrive which I added at 1/2 strength 2 days ago but no sign of improvement.. Is this a nutrient deficiency or pH problem? Please help !
    First 3 pictures are of the same plant, next 3 are all different plants
