Is this the normal life cycle or an underlying problem.

    Super Lemon Haze
    3rd week into flowering
15-30-15 nutes at half strength once a week in Sea Soil
    PH is a nice 6.8
200 watt total CFL per plant all 2700K
    * only started at about week two of flowering.

  2. Houston, we have a problem!

Mission Control, care to elaborate? To ensure it's not over fertilized it was recently flushed.

  4. I was hoping it was just using up it's N for flowering and this was natural but if not it be nice to get corrected asap. As mentioned it was flushed a day ago to ensure it's not been over fertilized

  5. i dont want to steer you in the wrong direction man.. im not all that experienced, but when my outdoor plants did that while in pots i tossed em in the ground and it worked miracles! think mine were root bound! try a bigger pot!

  6. no bro, flowering wont cause dead leaves til the last few weeks...

  7. if it helps mine were in 3 gallon pots and got overcrouded.. how big are yours?

  8. Just cut back a bit on the nutes.

This should clear out the excess N.

U want the downward clawing and the dark
green hue to go away before harvest, otherwize
the weed will burn, smoke and taste like crap.

    Freak

  9. Also 3

  10. That's the reason for the flush.

When u flush during flower, it actually
does more harm than good. U are essentially
washing away all the required nutes that the plant needs,
besides the one youre tryin to cut back on. The Rhizosphere
of the root structure gets messed up also.

Thats why I just advised cutting back :).

U want as little as possible to disrupt a flowering plant, if possible.
    IMO, of course...

I would also get rid of the tin foil. It is the worst possible reflector
available. All it does is bounce light around everywhere, but at the
plants. In some cases, it can also focus the light so it burns the plant.

Put up plain flat white - that is the best, and cheap, as it is everywhere.

  13. tin foil can also concentrate the lights in spots because of its crinkliness.. thus burning your plants..

  14. I'd also go shop for something with less N and more P and K, that stuff you are using is better for vegging a plant.

  15. I didnt flush it fully so here's to hoping she survives. trim dead leaves or let them die off?

  16. It was more a rinse ha. I watered it a day early when i would have given her nutes i held off and put maybe an exta 500ml water. Flush from what i gather is multiples the volume of container. Shes all perky even the yellowing fan leaves that were the only ones dropping. Decent?

  17. Hi .

Ya, a flush should only be considered as a last resort
when all other options have failed.

Alotta growers flush at the slightest sign of plant stress
    and this is hella wrong.

Literally, all the hard work us soil growers put into making
that the best shit possible is washed down the drain. It
usually will set the plant back a week or sometimes 2. The
comfy little microclimate that the plant is soooo used to
has just been washed away, and it will never come back to
    the way it wuz.

This makes for an even unhappier plant.

For a complete flush, its 3 X the volume of the container the plant is in.

Glad its clearing up tho !!!

  18. Boy this is just hella-correct, flushing is never the answer in my book.
