I've searched all over the net, and for mushrooms in the UK I can only come up with the type that grows on cow pats and Liberty Caps. Can anyone recommend me some mushrooms that grow near the south west of England? Just say a name and I'll look it up. Also, how would I prepare any shrooms if I found any? I don't actually want to pick them off the ground, I'm just curious.
