showering after toking

    im hearing people say this somewhat kills your high. ive never heard this before and it doesnt make sense in my mind, because really youre just standing in water, its not like youre ingesting anything (except mb a small amount of water by accident). maybe im missing something though, could someone pls clarify. :confused:

    It's a mind set thing mayne.

    THC is a psychedelic (albeit a very weak one) so set and setting have a major impact on how you feel. :wave:

    The poster above got it right i think.
    But I also think its because a shower changes the blood flow or idk whatever it is. When im sober and i take a shower i feel more energetic after the shower, so it changes your state....
    Hope you understand haha I dont know how the fuck to explain this

    I love taking a shower after smoking. Afterwards I feel clean, awake, and high.

    Whenever I take a shower I feel great. I don't have that "Stoney" high afterwards (which is good, if I'm in the shower right after I wake up I'm usually going out) but it never kills my high.

    high showers are pretty cool, the reason why i think people say they kill your high is because you stay in there for so long and by the time you get out most of your high is gone. basically some people want to spend the peak of their high doing something else rather than just standing there getting wet, but some people are quite content with just chillin there letting it rain down on you thinking some crazy thoughts.

    this is exactly what I do! lol, I dont think taking a shower kills your high at all and I dont know how that rumor even got started, if anything it enhances your high because I would assume that all that hot water rushing over you heats up your blood stream causing it to flow more and freely so it would probly make you feel better because now your blood is able to circulate the thc to your brain better but thats my opinion.

    haha yeah dude thats exactly what i do too, but some of my friends have said they dont like it because they would rather be doing something else, like watching a movie right away so you are more high so it's more funnier instead of letting the high go to "waste" in the shower. but i personally LOVE showering blazed. if i stand in the right position in my shower and if im super baked then i close my eyes and it feels like im chillin in a waterfall...so epic.

    If its night time, i wouldnt mind showering after I blaze, because when I lie down , I will feel sooooo comfortable :).

    Love taking a shower after toking...Feels nice to just stand there with the water hitting your body. I think getting in the pool or ocean would feel pretty damn good too (weightless feeling).

    Still don't know if anything will beat sex while baked tho...:cool:

    dude yes! it is epic indeed lol I thought I was the only one who thought that? however if its one thing I want to try is get really fucking baked and go to a nice sized swimming pool with a big deep end (im talking at least 10ft or more), put some goggles on , and just swim to the very bottom of the pool and then just look up and around that would be epic right there!

    showering whilst high is the single most epic thing to do.

    on a sunday night is the same routine for me. Get super blazed, take a long shower on the hottest setting possible, make some tastey ass food and chill.

    this is the only time ive been that relaxed. EVER. best sundays ever.
