Hey blades/bladies- Quick question. My bud has gotten dryer than I like, and I'm wondering if leaving it out on the counter while I shower to absorb some steam, then putting it back in my mason jar will work as long as I don't let it get too moist, or will this cause mold? About 4-5 days ago it was 1 big 4 gram nug from a qtr I bought, but now it feels like it only weighs closer to 3 grams or a little above. btw, I'm very fairly accurate at hand weighing my weed. Just a quick question, I'd appreciate some replies. Thanks
Um. Use a Lettuce leaf in the jar or bag with the weed. It's amazing! I think the shower may be way to much, mold for sure!
Don't do that. Just stick an orange peel in your mason jar for about a day, and then take it out. That will moisten up the weed, and be sure to open the mason jar frequently to allow moisture to escape and new air to circulate.
If you want to moisten it up so its not so dry take a few orange peels and put them in a bag/jar for a day or so. I also remember hearing something about putting it in the freezer with banana peels... Not sure on that method though.
Thanks for all the replies. I think I'll try the lettuce thing. I've done the lettuce method before and it works very well, but I live with my grandmother and can't be opening the jar more than once or twice a day cuz its stinky stuff and the smell lingers for hours. The other day I rolled a j in the bathroom and 2-3 hours later my mom came home and soon as she walked in my grandma's door she stopped like she hit a brick wall and said "Whoa, it smells like weed in here. Where the weed [my name], it's a very distinctive smell?" Soo, gotta be more careful.
