Shoulder surgery and medicinal marijuana

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by cothrantyson, Jul 31, 2013.

  1. I am about to get surgery on a labrial tear (SLAP surgery). The doc prescribed me with a whole bunch of hydrocodone, but I am very concerned about it being too addicting or that I might take to much to combat the pain. I have bud (non-medicinal) and am wondering if I should smoke weed after my surgery and in the weeks/months following? I am worried that the bud might slow my recovery time for my injury. Has anyone ever had any experience with pills/hydrocodone and bud after surgery. thanks in advance for any input
