It might be your posture OP. Don't hunch over your work while you are studying like your a horver

  3. I thought about but I usually maintain pretty good posture. And it happens when im chillin on my bed with a bunch of pillows to prop me up

  4. You need to get up and move you muscles, maybe walk around in circles and study, try standing and studying, take a 5-10 min break while studying.  Puff on a joint for some pain relief.

  5. Standing/walking and studying moght be interesting to try for a week. I used to stand when doing all kinds of things (reading, watching tv, doing work in class). Dunno bout the doon tho lol, weed and learning dont work well for me

you know OP I think at this point you just need to find a dude you are really close with and sesh with him and have him rub your shoulders, hips, etc

  7. Posture or your muscles are just sore from that constant position. Take 10 minute breaks every hour to help you.

  8. Smoke at the end of the night, after you have studied.

  9. Two solutions:

    1. Don't study.

    2. Look at hot porn.

  10. Didn't work as well as I'd hoped.

  11. AIDS

    :(

  12. Ok cool so youll help?

  13. Exercise before you study. Or do some stretches every few hours. Get that blood flowing dog!

  14.
Which one did you try? Both?

  15. Do you wear glasses? I know that hunching over sometimes means you need a pair of reading glasses or you need a break from reading. Try taking a break every 20 minutes and walk around and stretch. I do a ton of reading and those are the tricks I use. I admit I don't wear my own glasses all the time, but if I find myself bending towards my papers I toss them on.

  16. Mostly 1, a little of 2.

  17. Do neck stretches and exercises to increase your neck strength etc

I've been facing the same problem after working from home. Stretching in between helps a lot. But now I think I've exterior pelvic tilt. A good posture corrector might help in this issue.
