Whats up guys I have a question about my shoulder. When I workout it cracks a lot and when I say crack I mean the sound like when you crack your fingers it makes a popping noise. I have sustained 2 clavicle injuries within the past 3 years on my left side would this be a cause of that? Or should I just stretch better because as I get warmed up it goes away. I'm just concernd about long term damage.
well, I take that back, its not "normal" but common after a shoulder injury. You may want to ask your doctor about it, the sound is basically your bone grinding inside of your socket and could worsen if you are lifting heavy weights alot. They might recommend you do some different rotator cuff exercises to strengthen less common muscles in the area.
word ill defianeltly say something next time im at the doctors and thats exaclty what it it sounds like its just grinding and popping away in there. and i just realized i put this in the wrong section haha.
Wait... So its not normal to have sex with your shoulder? .... I feel now as if the last four years of my sexual fantasies have been a lie
