I don't think it makes much difference. When my girls are mature and ready to harvest, I have to water every day. So I usually just cut it when I'm ready whether I watered the night before or not.
I let my indoor plants go dry and give em 24 hours total darkness before I chop. Some folks do this indoor... outside its much more le se fare.
Best time to harvest is two days after last flush.Always chop the plants down in the dark right before the light turns on,this eliminates anything entering the plant,thats why it is also best to fertilize right when lights turn on because thats when the plant is looking for food the most.
hmm harvest in the early morning right before the sun? and thats exactly what i did. i flushed for a week and waited 2 days after last water cycle and harvested. but i didnt know harvesting during different hours make a difference.. dam
